  2. hello everyone,

I using stepper 17HS2408, microstep driver, modul motion QD75D2, PLC QD3UDV,, i've been trying to use program Absolute in axis 2. When I trigger the command to run absolute program the current value is running but the stepper motor still not moving, is there any suggestion about this?

You are doing it double right now.

You should either use the T0/ FROM/MOV instructions or use the parameters Remote input (RX)/(RY).
All the other parameters you can keep. (you should still set the stations). (The stations information button is still pink)

Alternatively instead using the CC-Link master in you can also se the CC-Link IE Field master in the system Q with a NZ2GF-CCB (CC-Link IE Field => CC-Link Gateway).
Then you can set the refresh parameters for each station. separately without having to program it in the sequence program.

    Thx you mr. @gambit

  4. Hello everyone,

I want to ask,, Does address mapping use this concept to do "remote i / o station" can be done? 5cee4ba16123f_WhatsAppImage2019-05-29at1

following the network parameter settings for CCLink and I tried to program with this ladder, is that correct?

Is this the newer Yaskawa motion controller which I don't believe is a true PLC or the really old legacy PLCs? Also on the Mitsubishi side there are different PLCs that use different software.

MotionWorks is the software for the newer Yaskawa controllers: https://www.yaskawa.com/products/motion/machine-controllers/software-tools/motionworks-iec

I do not know if there is a way to convert the code, I doubt it. You will likely have to convert it by hand. But you can use Excel to generate code for Mitsubishi and import it. So if you can export code from Yaskawa it would be possible to create something. But that may be more work depending on the volume of code you have to convert.

    Good luck.

    thank you mr. @Wulfgar

  6. Hello,,
I have motion controller A series A172SHCPUN,, I have written the program ladder into the CPU, but I can't write the motion program.. i dont have the program to open file the program motion and I want to ask if I have the software SW3RNC-GSVE, my os computer is window XP, Can it be installed? and is the cable transfer used the same as the ladder transfer program cable (SC09)?

    Positioning data-->1 Axis speed control-->speed value= [(pulses/rev*100)/60sec.= sulses per second(rpm)]

This is for pulse units system.

As i recall, electronic gear can be used only in synchronous control settings...

Caution for Pr.21 in module parameter settings!

  8. hallo everyone ...i use mitsubishi Q00UJCPU and QD77MS2.. i try to make a speed control program and the speed wants to be changed during servo operating, i use dedicated instructions ZP. PSTRT1 (axis 1) and have tryed but it was only successful to change speed with "change speed control" function once ... is it like it? cannot change "change speed control" many times when servo operations?

here is mr. @Wasan the detail connection,,

I've been able to connect modbus TCP / IP to modbus Poll using a straight ethernet cable, don't use the program using only the parameter function module intellegent and checking the code error, it turns out that the double ipv4 when trying to use another laptop, finally works .. I learned a lot too, thank mr @collinsd70, @Wasan, @kaare_t

@diraemon: Are you connecting the QJ71MT91 directly to your computer (no switch in between)? If so, what Ethernet port does your computer have (100Mbit port, or 1Gbit port)? The reason I'm asking is that the QJ71MT91 has a 100Mbit port, without "auto-pair-switching". This means that if your computer uses a regular 100Mbit Ethernet port (which normally does not have auto-pair-switching), you need a crossed Ethernet cable (not a regular patch cable).

Or, the easiest is to connect everything via a switch, so QJ71MT91<->Switch and Computer <-> Switch.

If all above is checked and OK, and it still doesn't work, can you list which IP addresses you are using for: QJ71MT91 and Computer? It is pointless to use the Modbus debugger/simulation tool without successful ping operations.

thank you for the explanation mr. @kaare_t,  I have directly connected the QJ71MT91 module to the PC using an ethernet cable "Straight",
I don't have a "switch" so I will try to connect again by making a ethernet cable "Crossover".

@diraemon Please connect PLC with QJ71MT91 then go to Network Connections and select Ethernet connection that you connect with QJ71MT91 if it connect with QJ71MT91 module it should shown Enabled. After that try to Ping 192.168.3.20 again. It should be connected now.

    is it? still cant sir,,

@diraemon I have remark something do you have connect QJ71MT91 on Expansion board. What module slot no.that you connect with? You should change Module Slot No. to match with Slot No. that you mount QJ71MT91 in.For Specify start XY address if you don't know what XY start you can disable it. After download parameter you should check at Diagnostics -> System Monitor and check that there are errors or warnings on QJ71MT91 slot or not.

yes mr. @Wasan I use the extension module and have adjusted to the number slot and have no errors, but still can't use modbus poll..

@diraemon First you should not use PLC IP Address that duplicate with PC IP address such as

    PC: 192.168.3.10

    PLC: 192.168.3.30

    QJ71MT91: 192.168.3.20

after Download parameter you should reset PLC by switch or turn off PLC then turn on again.

Then Ping PLC and Module again.

And please send how you connect Ethernet Cable from PLC, PC and QJ71MT91.

I have changed IP on GXW2 to be different from IP on PC. I want to ask whether in "open settings" I don't need to change anything?
and I've tried pinging again but still like this screenshot.

    12.jpg

I connected the internet cable from QJ71MT91 port to Ethernet port on PC. Do not connect an ethernet cable to the PLC port Q03UDV. Did I connect it wrong?

  14. mr. @Wasan  I have followed the advice of your tutorial but still experience difficulties when pinging use cmd and when trying modbus poll,,

    this is my configuration :

    in IP laptop

    in GX works2

    1.jpg

    IP in module QJ71MT91

    2.jpg

    in modbus assignment parameter

    3.jpg

in modbus poll using IP same as in module QJ71MT91

    7.jpg

    8.jpg

in cmd result the pinging same as IP in module QJ71MT91
