  5. Hi everyone! I just need some help regarding on a project I'm working on. The idea of my setup is I have an Omron NS8 HMI connected to Mitsubishi inverter (FR-D700) through Modbus RTU Protocol without any PLC (is this possible?). The master is HMI and the slave is inverter. I use this so that I'll just input a running frequency to the HMI and the HMI will write it to the frequency. I have completed the setup, wiring and parameter setting on the inverter. Here is the problem, when I created a screen and transfer it to HMI and run some test, there is no reaction on the inverter and I just can't even make it run. On the screen, I created a Button for run signal with address "INVERTER:400009.02". Is there something wrong with my address or setting that I miss perhaps. Any help or tips regarding this. Thank you in advance.
  6. I have two plc, they are the same but I need to see and transfer the programming of one to the other. How can I do this ? I need a software?  What's? What's I need to do this ? Thanks.
  7. Hello, there, I need some help  (a lot, maybe). I'm a rookie using PLC. In the company I work for, we need to receive information from the machines (plc controlled) remotely. We are using FX series (Fx1N, fx1S and fx2N in one plant and f33g and fx3s in the other) and I need to know how I can connect this devices (which Ethernet connector do I need, which software). If you can help me with the names I can do some research. Ah, you need to know that I'm in a 3rd world country (no easy acces to regional providers, well I can contact them via email). Sorry for my english, sometimes is a little rude but is my second language. Kind regards,   Ing. Eduardo M.

Prices shown are already wholesale rated, however, I'm open to negotiating. Numbers spaced between the model number and unit price are quantities that are being sold. 11. B & R Acopos Drive 1090 Lag Error

Hi, I am current using an Acopos Drive along with their mapp layer to program a servo motor but after doing the auto tuning of the servo motor i started getting an Error code : 4007 Lag Error stop limit exceed. I guess that is because i dont have any torque on the motor or not the required torque but in auto tuning there is no feature call torque tuning as there is only position and speed with different filter. I anybody know how to get ride of that error i would really appreciate it.   Thanks

  14. Alpha2 Help?

Hi Although I have used programming languages like basic and C for many years, I have recently tried to get to grips with programming (with the software (not direct)) the Alpha2 I have to admit that I am struggling! I have made a little progress since I worked out that you have to build almost everything at a very low level. But I still can not work out how you make variables that can be used in the program? For example : If condition A is true X = 10; But if condition A is false then X = 2. I have tried using the bit inputs on the math FBs to enable/disable values of X, but although this will initially alter the value , sending a 0 bit merely freezes the calculation and the value does not change. It seems like it should be such a simple thing to do? Is there a fundamental concept I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated
  15. Hello everyone, I am controlling a mitsubishi servo amplifier type MR-J4-20A-RJ with a Mitsubishi FX5U PLC. I am using DDRVI instruction to output the pulses to the amp with pulse/sign connection. Servo seems to work as requested, and cumulative pulses in MR configurator make sense. The problem: I can follow the output pulses and get a "position" from special register SD5502. If i understand it correct, the register sums the pulses output. If drive the servo to other direction, the register keeps adding up the value, not subtracting it. As i am new to mitsubishi, what would be the right way to get the position data? Is it possible to use the special registers for it, or should i just connect the servo to output the cumulative encoder pulses to PLC?   Thank you all for your time!
  16. Hi, I am not an advance user of PLC's but I can muddle my way around. I am currently reviewing a program written by another person and I will need to make some modifications. I have noted that on a M8002 pulse the Mitsubishi FX2N-8AD CH5 to CH8 -[To K0 K1 H3333 K1]-  are all set for a 4-20mA current input which is perfectly acceptable however on the same pulse is written -[TO K0 K22 K0 K1]-. I was hoping that someone could explain exactly what this is doing. I understand that the first K0 is the module number K22 is BFM#22 but I am not sure exactly what this is and I am a little confused by what is written in the manual. (8.2.7 BFM #22: Sets convenient functions: The functions described below are assigned to b0 to b3 of BFM #22. When a bit is set to ON, the assigned function becomes valid. When a bit is set to OFF, the assigned function becomes invalid..............) .Due to not knowing exactly what BFM #22 is doing I am unsure why the next K0 is used and the final K1 is to do this operation once? I apologise if this seems like a very basic question but I just can't seem to find any further detail online regarding BFM#22 that I can understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help. Paul.
  17. I an seeking guidance on how to link two mitsubishi PLC over Ethernet and have them pass bits/words between them.  PLC 1, Q03UDV built in port  ---- GXWorks 2 v1.54N   192.168.1.39  (QJ71 in slot 1 is also available if req'd) PLC2, Q02H with a QJ71 Ethernet card in slot 2.  Same GXworks2   192.168.1.35   I know with a modbus or CCLink setup, there is a place to declare the buffer > X/Y parameters, but i have found no such parameters for the ethernet connections. I found 1 document describing the JP.Send instructions but I have not been able to get that to work from the example.    any help would be greatly appreciated.
  18. Mitsubishi Diagnostic

Hello everyone. If anyone knows how an empty slot on base  is defined by "system monitor" service of GX Works which shown in attached picture? I think this information is read from any CPU register address(Maybe SD or SM and  etc. registers). But I don't know exactly which address is deploying an information about empty slot on base. Thanks.
  19. Hi guys, been using this site for a long time, it has come in handy alot. However I have recently taken on my first servo project, heres an overview of the project We have a filling machine that has a separate dosing system to the filler head. It used to keep the dosing in time by adjusting a 0-10v signal to an inverter to make sure that a flag makes a sensor in a set window. I have installed an encoder on the filling head and an mpl servo to the dosing. I have then used an MAPC instruction to follow the encoder, the cam is 0-360 and it follows a straight linear line. I have installed of this as a temporary set up on one of the filling machines (we have 2) and it is working perfectly. I have now installed this on the second machine as a permanent set up with a panelview plus 7, L71 cpu. However it is giving a very strange problem on first power up, the encoder is giving the exact same position as before it was powered down. however as soon as the MAPC executes the servo axis  faults, giving an overspeed fault. the servo doesnt even look like its attempting to move (however it is through a 10-1 gearbox). if i then home the encoder it then runs absolutely perfectly until it is powered down again. I am beginning to think it may be to do with the master lock and cam lock position, as the cycle stop position of the two machines are different. however I just cant seem to get my head around i the difference between them.   Hopefully that makes sense any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Rhys   c1_dosing.ACD

  23. promblem plc

Hi , I started my plc about 5 years ago for plastic unit but now  When I turn them on, the correct screens appear on the HMI terminal, but no data is coming through from the PLC. After a few seconds, a pop-up appears sayingPLC No Response 00-00-0". Does anyone know the meaning of this message. Then I am on and off several times so that the device is turned on and working properly. I DON'T KNOW ?
