cpm comes out of run mode?

What would cause the PLC to come out of run mode just because it looses power? Is there a dip switch setting for this? Need help it's driving me crazy coming in at 3:00am in the just to hooked up a computer to turn it back onto run mode. Thanks Deke

Deke If you check Project, P.L.C setup, Startup Mode, You will find that you can select the startup mode. Select run and you should be able to sleep in in the mornings. Rodney

Thanks Rodney, I changed it to run mode. It was on user programming console. Hopefully that will take care of it! :)

Rodney's solution should work just fine for you. I am curious though... do you have a programming console or computer cable attached when this happens?

The default out of the box setting for PLC;s was Programming console...so if you have a CIF-01 plugged in and cycle the power, upon power up it will go into stop/program mode... quick fix is to remove the CIF-01, or always set it to go into run/monitor mode, which is my preference....
