Cannot download to NT631C-ST153-EV3

Hi, I am getting error when downloading new screen data from NTST V4.7 to NT631C-ST153-EV3 hardware. It said "Incompatible PT hardware". Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Check the PT Type that was selected when the project was created. Version 4.7 has been out for a while, and has been updated. The V3 hardware (Firmware version 4) is supported by NTST version 4.73. Hope this will help.

Dear GTSuport: Where to get V4.73? BTW, it's my stupid mistake when selecting NT631, instead of NT631C.

If you have a registered software package, you can download the upgrade. It is also located on CD #3 of CX-One version 2. Otherwise, contact your distributor, they may be able to help.

On CD#3 of CX-ONEV2.04 has only NTSTV4.72.
