  1. Hello,  does any one have experience working with a NX controller and KINCO stepper drivers as axis via ethercat ? the EDS files are available from KINCO , but I wonder it will work , sometimes you cant be sure until you test it . thanks in advance
  2. Output polarity selection

Hello to everyone. Nice to meet you all. How are you? I hope you are doing well. I’m developing a program with the purpose of make something similar to a pulse train in the output. However, sometimes I need the output to be a “positive” pulse and sometimes a “negative” one. By positive and negative I mean the polarity in relation to the pulse train source. I’m trying to use a pair of bits in order to switch between the two choices of polarities. I attach a simplified version of the ladder diagram I’ve made. When I thought about the logic, it seemed logical to me, however, it isn’t working as supposed. SM0.4 is a pulse train source. According to the software manual, it is a pulse train with 50% duty cycle and a cycle time of 2 s. That it to say it says at TRUE for one second and return to FALSE for another second. I assign the value of that variable bit to the M0.0 memory bit. I get the negative version of the pulse train logically negating it in the Network #2.                 I assign the value of two inputs, I0.0 and I0.1, to other two memory bits, M0.1 and M0.2. ·         When both inputs are in a FALSE state, the output stays FALSE, disregarding the state of SM0.4. (Case #1) ·         When I0.0 is TRUE, M0.1 is TRUE. However, Q0.0 stays at FALSE no matter SM0.4 is TRUE or FALSE. I attach a pair of pictures. (Case #2) ·         On the other side, when I0.1 is TRUE, M0.2 is TRUE. In this case, the output shows the correct behavior. It is the negated version of the pulse train source. (Case #3)                 Has any of you experienced something similar? Is there a better way to execute my purpose?                 I’m not executing the program, just simulating it with KincoBuilder from Kinco. However, it has always worked fine for me. Thanks for you attention. I look forward for your responses. Kind regards!
  3. Hi, I managed to communicate a Kinco HMI with a Xinje PLC (XC3-48R) using RS-232. Also, I've established connections between the both equipment and my personal PC, for programming purposes. Currently the uploading and downloading, PLC bits reading and writing happens normally. But, when I disconnect any of the equipment from the PC, (HMI or PLC), the communication is lost between the PLC and HMI.  How can I solve this and, remove my PC from the network by making the HMI master and PLC slave ?    The software I use for programming is, (XCP Pro, Kinco HMIware)
  4. KINCO PLC as MODBUS RTU slave

Hello to everyone. I hope you are doing well. I'm trying to establish a communication between my PC and my KINCO PLC. The manual states it supports MODBUS RTU protocol, so I downloaded two different Modbus Master simulator I found out: Multiway from OMRON and qModMaster. None of them seem to work properly. I attached some pictures of the messages I get. https://ibb.co/f1mCSNt Multiway message https://ibb.co/bP5cX1t qModMaster message I include the configuration of the communication parameters. https://ibb.co/nMty8D9 PLC parameters https://ibb.co/6RTqVfC Multiway parameters https://ibb.co/N1XTccd qModMaster parameters According to the manual, in order to play the role of Modbus master with the PLC it's necessary to configure some instruction blocks (I'm programming in ladder). However, I could not find any block to configure as Modbus slave. I don't know what else I can do. I'm in trouble with this task. Am I making some mistake? Thanks for your attention.  Kind regards!
  5. Serial communication with KINCO PLC

Hello to everyone. Nice to meet you all. I am programming a KINCO PLC model HP043-20DT using ladder on KINCO BUILDER. I need to establish a serial communication with my PC. The PLC has a RS485 port which I adapted it to USB to connect with my PC. The PLC allows, at least, two ways to establish serial communication: MODBUS or free-protocol. I've read the software manual and tried to reproduce the examples it provides using the instruction blocks for MODBUS (MBUSR and MBUSW) and free-protocol (XMT and RCV) communications. However, I could not receive the data on the PLC. I could effectively transmit data with XMT from the PLC to the PC and I could verify through a tool called Access Port. In relation to MODBUS, I am using a simulation tool called Multiway from OMRON, however, I get no response from the PLC. If any of you have some experience with this software or this device, I would like to ask you how could I solve the problem. Thank you for your attention. Kind regards.
  6. Memory registers on KINCO PLC

Hello to everyone. I hope you are doing well. I have a KINCO PLC HP043-20DT. I'm communicating through free-protocol instructions XMT and RCV. The manual states that memory registers SMB86, SMB186 and SMB286 contain information about the state of the reception instruction. I would like to ask if any of you know of the existence of an analog register but with respect to the transmission instruction, instead of the reception. The manual does not indicate it and I could not find any information online. I've sended an email to the manufacturer but, until now, I have not receive any answer. Otherwise, how could I search for this information? I tried through the manual providede by the manufacturer, but maybe there is other way. I would appreciate any information. Thank you so much. Kind regards.
  7.  Hello!   I was trying to communicate my siemens logo with an kinco hmi but this error are appearing on the hmi, what am I doing wrong? Im using an ethernet hub! ETHERNET SETTING ON THE HMI THE PUSH BUTTON THAT ACTIVATES M1 THE LAMP THAT'S REPRESENT "Q4" AND THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW ITS WORKS BUT I JUST PUT ON THE SCREEN TO THE PROGRAM ON LOGO SOFTCOMFORT I JUST SET THE LOGO AS SLAVE WITH THE HMI IP THE LOGO IP AND THE ERROR MESSAGE
  8. Hey! Whats up guys ;) I'm a student and I have been saving up money for PLC for quite a while now, I was recommended to use Schneider M221 TM221CE24R PLC. after buying it I looked online for some HMI and due to high price tag I ended up buying cheaper Kinco GL070E HMi for learning :D I'm trying to connect them both together using Ethernet cable but I'm having difficulties making them connected. The lights shows up ( blinking green ) and ( solid yellow ), I have tried Modbus TCP Slave, Schneider Ethernet (TCP Slave), M series, M200 Ethernet ( TCP Slave ), but nothing seems to be working :D  The best I got in 3 weeks of trail and error and countless non-english videos on youtube :D is error message on the HMI -> [2] PLC NO RESPONSE 0-01-03   I'm trying to learn and seems like I have hit a wall. Can anyone help me to see if it is even possible to connect them or do I need to save up for new HMI :( Any help would be greatly appreciated, sincerely Engelis :)
  9. Greetings, I'd like to know how I could configure 2 HMI Kinco with reference MT4434T. I have a PLC with modbus485, a PC with USB-RS485 conversor and 2 HMI Kinco. The PLC have 1 on modbus direction, PLC have 1 and I guess that HMIs  would be 3 and 4. When I work with PC +  PLC  + 1 HMI Kinco, everything its ok. When I tried to connect other Kinco HMI, the connection between all devices stuck. I'm tried many combinations on modbus configuration, station number but I cannot make the modbus net works. Thanks.
  10. Kinco HMI With Mitsubishi FX1S PLC

I am trying to connect a Kinco HMI (T070) with the PLC of Mitsubishi (fx1s) but I want to know how can I add PLC tags to HMI Buttons (when I will touch on button on HMI, PLC switch X0 should be energized)? http://tiaportal.weebly.com
