    when you will have new problema with the program and the CPU will go to STOP you can have a look to the online information and the diagnostics of the CPU at TIA Portal. You will find the reason the CPU go STOP and you can find some trip to find the solution.

  3. I need to control the robot UR3 universal robots by a PLC Siemens S7-1200. for the momento I want to control the robot by digital signals: satart, stop, but in the future I need to control it by Profinet.

    Could someone help me to find the solution??

  5. S7-1200 firmware load on the CPU once we have it inside the card. What is the process and sequence of LEDs indicating which CPU is running at all times.

  6. Exactly:

    When you switch off the FC, all the output inside the FC will remain activated if they were activated in the momento that you deactivate the FC. This is why your Q0.0 will remain activated.

    You must resete the Q0.0 outside of this FC1 when you turn off the FC1.

  8. Hi:

    you can remove the cables if you need it, But better for the CPU is to do it without power in the CPU. If you remove the cables with the power ON, maybe you can damage something about the CPU or some other modules.
