It works ...Got Success i inserted this CF Card in Internal side and Upload Recovery file with another CF Card ... and its works ...Hurrey ...  my NS 12 Screen is Back live and it proves that we had never ever format the Internal CF card. thanks a lot Mr. Chelton for your great effort. and all the guys who replied me.

Internal CF card has 128 MB capacity.

yes i am able to format the CF card and files copied in root directory of the Card. but After inserting CF card screen Light get GREEN but NS screen not responding (Remain Black)   

NO i had only 1 screen. 

can you please send me 8.6 version ???

it is a big mistake by my side that i formatted internal card, is there no any chance to recover this NS12???  

Formatted CF card with mkfs.fat in fat 16 through ubuntu terminal ...but same problem PT screen remain blank ...no response.  

I already tried in ubuntu with kde Partition manager, but it not works.  

Hi there    I am facing same problem, i accidently formatted internal 128 MB card in windows 10 then i realized my mistake and bought 2 new cards 1 is 128 mb for internal memory and 2nd one 1 gb for update recovery program. I never formatted these cf cards till date but i am unable to restore my NS 12 PT. After inserting external memory card with recovery program files green light on and then nothing happened. I also tried to on DIP switch 6 several times but nothing happened. If anyone have solution please reply asap.( I am using cx- One Trial version - Downloaded from Omron website) If any one had recovery update 7.0 please send Google Drive Link.
