One way would be to put RSLinx Gateway software on the computer that bridges between ethernet and DH+.

I believe for remote connectivity you need the gateway version.

I don't think that RSLinx Enterprise can use the RSLinx Classic Gateway feature to bridge from TCP/IP to a 1784-KTX or -PKTX Data Highway Plus card in a remote computer. I haven't tried it, anyway. If you are running your RSView SE or ME application on a Windows 2000/XP computer, you could install RSLinx Classic Gateway at the PC that has the DH+ card, and use that RSLinx Classic installation as a Remote OPC Data Server. If you're running RSView ME on a PanelView Plus or Versaview CE, you might be out of luck. The CE platforms don't support remote OPC data servers.

In the past I have used software such a "pc anywhere" this means that you could control the other PC as if you were in front of it, then access the program as normal. However both PCs would have to be connected to the network for you to "dial into" the remote computer.
