Posted 13 Jul 2023 Dear All, I have uploaded program from NT631C-V3 4.2 via NT-Transfer Tool There was no error during upload. Now when I am trying to open the .mmi file in NT Support tool then it is showing error that "This version of the File cannot be Loaded" can anyone help me what is the solution? waiting Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted 13 Jul 2023 If the screen was originally programmed with the DOS software, then you'll need to upload it with the DOS software then perform a conversion from the project file. I forget the file extensions. I thought that NTST gave these warnings and instructions but it's been many years since I've dealt with it. Posted 14 Jul 2023 hello can anyone help me how can I add NT631C V4.2 in PT list as it is missing and I think the problem is that only 4.1 version is there in PT list I have tried adding registry files but thats not work for me any other suggestions and solutions please Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
