SLC 5/05 Problem

I have a problem with SLC 5/05 S:4/5 .. is a flasher, Supposed to be regular on/off. But here is not regular, So what i can do to fix that problem, cause it's affecting the machine performance. Thanks.

Are you site they are not regular? What is the update rate of your trend?

My guess is you are missing pulses because of PC's update (polling) time and the scan rate of the trend. I'm sure the actual pulses are occurring within the PLC.
