SLC150

9 posts in this topic

Looking to borrow or possibly purchase a copy of the old AB or ICOM SLC150 s/w. Its obsolete and no longer available from AB so here I am. Yup I know there are better things. Yup my client knows its obsolete. Yup I have a 24/7 service contract (still can't get what they don't sell). Nope I'm not a low life. (well, I hope I'm not....hard to tell)....Nope I cannot upgrade to anything else (thanks for asking)....YUP I know its obsolete (did I already mention that?)......YUP I wish its was a SLC or a Micrologix, or a CompactLogix or a ControlLogix....but Nope it ain't and its not likely to morph.....maybe it'll mutate if I bombard it with gamma rays (or at least get incredibly strong and angry)......but if it doesn't, I'll need a copy of the s/w...... Many Thanks....and Have a GREAT NEW YEAR!!!!!!! bob

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the software from ICOM? I have a SLC150 who lost the program, but the backup can't be edited by the PCIS AB, only the ICOM "ladder logistics". thanks for listening,

Hello JeffKiper, 1° - The PLC program lost (CPU FAULT LED is lit). 2° - The backup file has file extension .SLC, .SLD, .SLF and so on. Programs created in PCIS have extension .100. Thanks for the answer Edited by undertaker
