i have a customer who likes my home heating controler using a Q01 PLC, but wants to look and change temps etc via his TV screen, can we do this with or through an HMI or even better without one. Thanks again

Is it just a standard TV, or do he use a computer connected to the TV??? If it's just a TV (no additional hardware) then I think you'll have a problem....

No on the TV screen. At least nothing I am aware of. Forget E-terminals. Use a small GOT like GT1030.
