Data through PLC-PanelView-PC

Hi all, I am developing a project in which I must transfer 6 data from a excel sheet, when selecting an option in the PanelView 1000+, to a Micrologix 1500. I have seen example and already I have realised some test, but only of shipment the data from Micrologix to excel. I'm been doing through RSLinx. Somebady knows how send data from excel to plc? Thanks in advance.

Check the download section of MRPLC - several of us have posted example of doing this. You can even ahve your excel sheet reading an address in the PLC which the PV writes to and the change of this address triggers the excel sheet to drop in the next batch of data. BTW - RSlinx Lite will not let you do this. FYI.
