NT31C-V3

Hi all, I have NT31C-V3, i can't seem to install a system. Error says Different Target PT H/W. I have NT31C-V2 and i don't have any problems installing a system. I read in some online manuals that i need this: please see attach but i don't have that version on my NT system installer, anyone knows how to get or download that version? attach.bmp

See attached zip and extract the contents to the system program folder of your NTST installation and it should show up at the system installer. 4.8E_System_Programs.zip

i downloaded, extract and put those 5 files inside the System Program folder, OMR-E0I.31D, OMR-E0I.31G, OMR-E0I63D, OMR-JE0D.20, OMR-JE1G.20. but i can't seem to see those files under NT System intsaller, Even on the PT model dropdown choice there aren't any NT31C-V3.
