CC-link remote I/O

CC-link remote IO module output cannot turn off. When I go online with GX-developer, it's output is off and no error . I have to reset PLC. Please help. It happens once or twice a month. the module model is AJ65BTB2-16DR and PLC is Mitsubishi A1SH. Any comments is warmly welcomed.

Have you tried to change to a different output to see if problem goes away?

Make sure the address isn't being used as an output twice in your program and one of the two times its still on. You should never use an output twice. I have seen this lead to outputs not performing as expected.

You might try a clean upload of the code. I found that, after many online edits, the plc can get iffy, but a clean upload clears it up. If I've done any online edits, the last thing I do before I go is upload.
