Mitsubishi Servo Problem

Hai, I am using Mitsubishi MR E40A,400w Servo for one of our machine.I am using FX2N 48MT for controlling servo. It is working well normally but whenever power changed from DG - EB,Alarm-10 is coming. Can anyone guide me to solve this problem? with regards D.Ramesh Babu

what are DG-EB and Alarm10?

Alarm 10 means an under voltage. This occurs when the input power is of the amplifier is low. It can also happen when you switch off and back on the amplifier fast. The internal circuit must first unload its power. See the manual for this.

DG - Generator.i.,e whenever I my incoming supply is powered ON from generator,this problem occurs. I read the manual.But I still need some other solutions.

Have your checked the actual voltage off of the generator? How about the Hz?
