We have an older Nematron system we are working on and requires some software. The system uses DOS 6.22 and launches Screen Ware 2 software and the Reliance DCS V1.01 to talk to the Rockwell AutoMax PLC that uses the Programming Executive Version 4.2. We have the Nematron parallel port keys (dongle) needed and are looking for installation media for editing. We also need information on the executables that open the screen files the ULTRA MAIN MENU is not available to us. We are interested in viewing the config for upgrade so even software that is newer and capable of converting and reading the program is fine. Any help is appreciated!!

Hello, Good Day All. I am facing this issue while I am going to copy old plc to new plc. but old plc having 4965 steps, once going execute this program to new plc its showing more than 8000 steps. please suggest on this. PFA. -
friends, forgive me for my english. I have a problem. omron nt620c panel cannot access the system menu. I reinstalled the system program through NT-SYSTEM INSTALLER. after which I get the message: no direct information is set !!! please use the support tool to set the pt control area and the pt notify area. go to the system menu does not work. I am attempting to access the configuration screen of a panelview 550 touch screen. Instructions say to hold left and right arrow keys at same time. There are no arrow keys on the screen. Any help would be appriciated.

Cant call a STL written add-on instruction from an SFC main program

Hello folks, I am a rookie, self-training in PLC programming. I have written an SFC exercise (attached ACD file). I also try to call STL written subroutines and add-on instructions, from within the SFC main program. Calling the created subroutine works fine, but calling the add-on instruction fails from a reason which is above my level. I tried, tried and tried different solutions, with no avail. I am either wrong in writing the add-on (perhaps some missing but missing tag ?), or wrong is calling it. Can someone please give me a hint on what I do wrong ? Thank you, Radu PS . I have a problem when trying to download a program from a FX1S-30MT PLC. I am using a SC-09 USB cable. The software i am using is GX Developer 8. When trying to download the MAIN program the screen in the attachment appears. I tested the download from another PLC of same model and have no problems, therefore the cable is ok, and the laptop is ok. When downloading of the parameters and comments does not give error, just when trying to download MAIN. Also I tested connection with Test Connection button and says communication is ok. Anyone who can help? I have a doubt, how can i see the communication parameters on the PLC side? Thanks a lot
