    Good Day, Dear friends, My Problem related with the turbine Flowmeter who has the pulses output with respect to flow of fluid. E.g 10PULSES represents the 1 litter/min. the flowmeter does not have any converter that convertes the Pulses to standard Analog signal. So i want to convert the Flowmeter pulses in Analog format or any scalabel form by designing in the Ladder Logic. if anybody have the idea of femiliar with this scenerio kindly guide my or help me through your experience, therefore i could complete this task. it is requested for the quick responce by you people.     Sorry for late reply, The Programming Language is Ladder type that i am using to design the program. Flowrate is about 1litter/100pulses. 12Bit resolution i need. PLC is FX-2N.

    dear Bob, sorry for late reply, i could not understan what you have written, it may better if you make an example in logic for my assitance. i never use the Function of STI and HSC before and this the first time that i am dealing with them. kindly if do this in favour for me or any other source for my better knowlegdement. thanks and Regards

    I am using MicroLogix 1500, it is true that i should use HSC, but do u have any idea of the conversion formula from Pulses to Analogue format.
  8. PLC SIMULATOR

    Dear Concern, i have installed the Simatice Manager S7 5.3 with PLC SIM, while the S7 Manager run successfully but the PLC SIM does not start and give the Massage "There is no authorization. The application will be terminated". however, i have move the license key of both softwares. Another issue comes with Automation License Manager, when we try to start the service of "Automation License Service" the massage will display "Window could not start the Automation License Manager on Local computer. review the system event log. if this is a non-microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error 122." could anybody give me the solution of it that i could use the PLC SIM and can view the Licenses on Automation License Manager.     Dear All, this is a very basic type of question, i am working on the wincc flexible n just hold down my work due to unawareness with software n this is my task to complete the job if you people help me i could continue with further. 1. how could we configure the object in the screen that if the boolean tag value set to high and the rectangle should fill green but not replace with green, and same tag value set to low the rectangle should fill with red but not replace with red. 2. if we draw a button with boolean tag, how could we configure the button if we press it will write "1" or depress it will write "0". your guide will be valuable for me.     Hi Dear, I am working on a project the communication system topology is mentioned below. i am using the Delta product, if anybody has worked on this product, kindly let me guide through the communication scenario. there is a network of Modbus Ascii with below mentioned devices. PLC: DVP-EH (Station Address bydefault 01) HMI: DOP-AE (Address 02) PC: (RS232 to RS485 converter) Kepware OPC server installed driver of "MODBUS ASCII SERIAL" for SCADA application. *-The question is that how can we configure the 1 Master (PC) and both other devices on Slave like (HMI) and (PLC). we have successfully communicate the device with (PC to PLC) and (HMI to PLC) on Modbus Ascii individually. but when all of three devices wheres come into the network it may display the error message on both HMI and PC time by time. if you have any query regarding above, kindly let me inform for further. Regards.

    Dear Fred, In HMI case there are a bit difference in the PLC device address for Modbus Ascii Slave. in kepware we have created the tag addresses according to the PLC devices, but HMI does not support thoes kind of addresses in Modbus Ascii Slave. HMI Addresses: 40000 to 50000 for word 1 to 2048 for Descrete Input Kepware Addresses scheme varies according to the PLC devices. how could we manage these addresses in HMI?

    Dear All, i have a 2 boilers with respect to Micrologix 1500 and RsView32 HMI screens, both PLC's are connected with Ethernet Hub with different IP's. more over we can see the both boilers in every HMI. but problem is this that we could not see the Alarm banner on both Screens, the only display the alarms on the screen with its PLC not to other one. we want to see Alarm on both screens for both PLC's. although i have configure the both ip in one channel. how could i do for it to display alarms banner on both Screens.? waiting for replay

  18. CEMAT 4 with S5 155U

    Dear All, I am working on Matrikon OPC server, there is an exsisting system running the Plant on CEMAT v4 with S5 PLC using the H1 communication Protocol. I want to replace the extng. system with opc server station, but unluckyly the communication could not be matured with S5. i have to try all my posibilities but failed to make communicate with PLC. Please find the attached image that is the Operating System to S5 coupling structure. may be the module running in the PLC is could not allow other station to communicate with PLC, if i am wrong then please suggest me the better solution for my project can be execute successfully. There is the Configuration of Exsisting System: OS: MAC ID: 08 00 06 01 12 93 TSAP Local (ASCII): AG----OS TSAP Remot send (ASCII): AG----OS TSAP Remot Receive (ASCII): AG----OS S5: PLC MAC ID: 08 00 06 01 12 01 TSAP Local (ASCII): AG----OS TSAP Remot send (ASCII): AG----OS TSAP Remot Receive (ASCII): AG----OS "Note: There are 5 PLC's so Addressed should be 1201 to 1205, All TSAP's are same for every PLC. it is taken from the H1 Driver " Now the same addresses we are applying with Matrikon OPC server but the status still in ERROR. Could anyone has to worked on it or tell the better idea of communication. that could be release my stress. thanks & Best Regards

    There must be a point after checkout the CP143 configuration, in all PLC's it define a different job number (ANR) for each SEND and RECEIVE, so how could we specifiy that job numbers in OPC server. while there is no any are to define those (ANR)'s in Matrikon. could anyone give any idea or solution for this matter.     This is true that the existing system using same TSAP's. there is a H1 Driver.ini file which is working with the system in CEMAT. may be it would be help full for you to creat any solution. I have a manual regarding that system provided by SIEMENS Germany, They also wrote the same TSAP's for each PLC. Again i describe the System: There are 5 PLC's Mac Id's i have mentioned earlier. and 7 Operating Stations. in Which 2 Servers Mac Id's: (080006011251, 080006011252) 1 Engineering Station Mac Id: (080006011293) 4 Clients Mac Id's: (080006011294-97) But the TSAP's are Same, however the system is running on same TSAp's. i'll give you the full information as your any further query.     Hello Everyone, I am working on RSView32 with Micrologix 1500 and communicating with ENI module, These are two same system runing parallel. The systems are running parallel the issue is if i want access second system through first or vice wirsa how should i change my node address on same tag database and it should be password protected while he who knows the password can access other wise not accessable. Could anyone help on this. waiting for your prompt reply Regards M.Daniyal
