Connect 2 PLC to 1 PVP HMI

Hi All,

I hope someone reply for my this question.

SO, I have a Compact Guardlogix PLC in my Press line. And there is a PVP 1200 HMI too. We are planning to put Robots in the line now for Automated process. My question is, if I put a new PLC in the line for Robot integration, can I use the same HMI for this Robot PLC as well? Please assist. Thank you very much all. :)

Simply define two device shortcuts

You mean inside the FTV application define 2 shortcuts and  connect it to one application??? Will that work?

That will work unless you have a PV+6 compact. Those can only talk to one PLC.
