Can you specify what product you encountered PWM and Delay Time with and something of the application it might help get a better answer.

I am going to guess that it is a Micrologix 1500 and the Accel Decel Delay (ADD). It is shown in all of the function files but only does something in the 1500. Which PLC do you have This specifies the time it takes in 10ms increments for the PWM to get up to speed. Pretty much a ramp up/down. I have never actually used it, that is only from reading
