Which software can connect Q173CPUN CPU. I use GX Developer 8.0 to connect the CPU.But can not read the CPU Data..Why????

Q173CPU is a motion CPU. It cannot work standalone. You always have to use a PLC CPU. See for more information the multiple CPU settings in your manual. The PLC CPU you can program with GX Developer and the Motion CPU you can program with MT Developer. This is a software from Mitsubishi. In here you can program the motion cpu in SFC programs.

Yes,The main CPU is Q02. I can read it from GX8.But i want take something from motion CPU.Where can i get MT Developer..Thanks a lot.. briantam@hknews.org

You have to buy it from your local mitsubishi dealer.

As was stated, the GX-Developer software will talk to the sequence CPUs, not the motion CPU. You will need GX-Developer for the first CPU and then MT-Developer can be purchased for the second one. That CPU will control up to 32 axes of servo motion over SSCNET, and it programs in a special motion SFC language.
