Wow, that's an awesome page of information. The A-B FAQ should be linked to it! I wish I had half a clue of how to speak French, I wonder what other good stuff is there? Is this an A-B distributor's website? Oh and by the way, it has been my experience that standard CAT-3 or CAT-5 UTP cable works fine for DH485. Bear in minded that A-B cables are shielded, and in a noisy environment this may be necessary, but in practice all the convenience panel products I've seen use good old ethernet UTP and it seems to do the trick.
