Going to need a little more information to help you. Can you tell us a little more about the operation and what type of vision sensor you are using?

I have a vision system cognex ,also a have plc micrologix 1200 need to make a program fire a cylinder and tower light when vision detect,

What type of output do you have coming from your vision system when it detects a fault or bad part? Is this the only thing that the MicroLogix 1200 is going to be used for?
