Ns5 Hmi Multilanguage

I want to design NS5 HMI with two language options.In the Main menu there will be a language selection and after the main menu the label of each objects will be shown in the selected language.I read the manual of NS5 and i found something, i created CSV file but i think i miss something. can anybody show me the right procedure for the multi-language option of NS5? and an example will be very helpful. i'm using Windows XP and Excel 2003.

Thank you for your clear guide. Excellant option in NS-Designer. Is there any guide how to import other languages like german etc to NS -Designer. Also from the attachment, i could not able to understand the system setting assignment and how is related to switch label/language switching. $SW assigned as a W100 which is a control area to be addressed from PLC.
