Dear All, Can we test an application made by RSview studio using Emulator 500, If yes what is the method Thanks

Yes you can. However, It's pretty complex. The main points: 1) You must have a 'real' version of RSLinx running. (Not Linx Lite) 2) You must assign an OPC server in Linx. 3) The correct Linx driver, for Emulator is 'EMU500-1 (DH485)' Use the 'debug' feature in RSLogix to simulate some of your I/O. Once this is a set up it's Heaven. You can browse for tags and also run about everything. However, I ran into a snag when deleteing the server (required before going to 'real' hardware). I was not careful with my server names, so I had to 'fix' all my tags. I would try this on avery small scale (test), until you are familiar with the steps.
