5/03 interface

i have a job to do at work that involves connecting 3 pv300s and a rs232 barcode scanner what is my best /simplest method cost not a problem? thanks

Well, you could use DH485 for the PViews and programming the 5/03, and channel 0 can be used for the serial barcode reader. DH485 is slow, but will work okay if you don't have a lot of tags or need very high speed updates. Channel 0 can be set up for user mode or system mode, and there are provisions to alow switching between the modes programatically.
