NJ and 1S Servo problem

2 posts in this topic

Good day Everyone.

i am having the following issue and i am not sure what could be causing it.

i have the following configuration;

-NJ101-1020  Ver 1.14

-NX-ECC202 RV1.2

-E3NW-ECT

-R88D-1SN02L-ECT

the main problem is with the Servo Motor,  when a move command is sent,  the servo does not have the torque to move anything, you can put you finger and you could easily stop the motion.  this causes the error 24 Excessive  Position Deviation error,  and  also the error 20 Runaway Detected when yo try to move it again.

when the servo is not moving but powered it is very difficult to try to rotate the shaft (this way the torque is strong)

this machine was working normally during a year  and suddenly started doing that.

here are some videos:

Moving with no torque; https://youtube.com/shorts/frXvOnEO4Rs

servo standing  shows torque when trying to rotate it manually: https://youtube.com/shorts/5H9oah_XuhY

Error 24 :https://youtube.com/shorts/RMyWN9RpxQ0

Thank you for your feedback!

I suggest comparing the drive parameters with your backup. I've only ever seen this behavior when an axis isn't tuned.
