Dear all With ZEN pre -V1, if it's protected by password, we can delete old program and edit a new program. But now with ZEN -V1 is protected, to edit or delete program, need to enter existed password. Anybody knows how to delete password to edit a new program?

Just try as follow procedure: - Disconect power supply and take out the battery. - Look for a capacitor locate somewhere on main-board and short-connected it for a few second. - Try to write new program and download to PLC. Or: Use Console to clear PLC program. Good luck!

Thanks alot ATT for your help. OK. Write a new program by ZENSoft and then download to ZEN may be the best method because my product is new one.
