I've just bought one... and it is hardware revision3. It looks like they still sell earlier revision of CS1H-CPU63H so at least here one has to ask in order to get the newer one.

CS1H-CPU6xH Ver 3.0

On the right side off the cpu you can read what version you have. Ver. 3.0 can handle with function blocks.
