hi, every body how to make conversion diameter rotation to mmeter for length 1mm need time 5ms, how to meke this program with cqm1h cpu21. and every advance from 1500mm to 10mm in 500mm, i must refresh PV with micro swicth in pos 500mm to 500mm in PV for calibration mesuaresment. this aplication for Cutting sheet paper, to mesuaresment movement sadle pushing paper. please helpme to find formula for it, use Hs counter or other. all i know is that you must place an encoder and get every pulse in your cqm, then scale it to correct measurement

Hi, Thanks your information , How formula to make scalling convertion to mm,and Diameter as sadel is 3cm and my encoder 360puls/rotation. Thanks your attention and your help. Best regards Yossy

formula is just > pulse / your_scale_factor = distance, you can get the correct factor by measuring on the field after installation&program (anyone know better ?) may be this other topic is the same topic
