Posted 23 Aug 2016 Trying to help a customer with setting up a CJ1W-PTS52 module. Only using input channels 1 and 2, no connections to channels 3 and 4. Module set to Unit 4. RTD sensors seem to be working correctly, measured resistance at about 110 ohms, ambient temperature was around 80 degrees F. Channel 1 value is F5E1, channel 2 value F5E8. DM values for range, all channels configured for +350 / - 350 (#015E / #FEA2). D20400 is set to #0, D20401 is also 0, indicating there is not a setting error. Currently the program code is moving the configuration values to the module after the control power input is on for 12 seconds. Typically I would have used the First Scan Flag to initiate the MOV for the configuration values. Not sure if that has anything to do with the issue. I have been told that the I/O Table and Unit Setup configuration settings do not work for this module, you must use program logic to configure. BobB, I know you have used this module, can you confirm that the I/O Table configuration does not work for this module? I do have the customers code that I can post if that would be helpful.
