syswin and Cs1w-CIF31

Does the Omron Syswin 3.4 software work with the usb serial cable Cs1w-CIF31? i tried to connect to the plc C200HS but its saying "No response from Plc" ???? please help

Did you load the driver for CS1W-CIF31?

Are you using 32 or 64 bit Windows?
