USB-RS232 with Null modem cabl

Hello, PLC experts I have a question. Can i go online with any PLC with rs-232 by using a usb-rs232 and a null modem cable? Thnaks

Your question is to wide open, "any" PLC. No one can answer that with certainty. I would say most. But not all USB to serial adapters work. Not all would require a null-modem. Some need a special cable. Do you have a brand name PLC (model) in mind? Edited 31 Oct 2015 by Mickey
