Bidirectional counter is 32-bit. Use a 32-bit divide. DDIV.

I am amazed how often that issue comes up. (32 bit maths against 16 bit maths) I say this because only last week I was called to a new customer. They had, had their machine sent to South Africa for a refurbishment (I'm in the UK) And the programmer there had used 16 bit maths for calculations from a high speed counter. It was good for me as all I did was change the DIV's and ADD's etc to DDIV's etc. They thought I was a genius hehehe.

It's amazing how many people are affected by this. I saw tons of it working in tech support. If they would simply refer to the manuals, this is clearly documented. Don't assume.
