Removed from computer or from PLC? Do you have the program in the PLC or in the computer or is it removed from both places?

YES FROM PLC ACTUALLY THE bettry of plc is very low so after shuting down the power of machine the program is removed.and i have no backup of this machine

You have no backup on your computer? If so the program is lost - when deleted from the memory in the PLC there is no way to recover.

Never power off a PLC without doing a backup first. It's RAM memory in those units, so just like powering off a PC with a document open, when the power goes away the RAM goes blank. There's no method to recover from that other than write a new program.
