Hi good day Is this possible to replace Mitsubishi FX0n 8EYT output module (used with FX0n CPU),by FX2n 8EYT (used with FX2n CPU).

Yes, however note that the terminal layout is not exactly the same.

ok as i understand if I use FX2n 8EYT in replacement of FX0n 8EYT then no communication error will occur and all I have to do is change the terminal wiring according to new FX2n 8EYT?

What do you mean? You will have to power off the PLC, then change the specific module, then power on the PLC again. You cannot hotswap the modules.

oh yes i mean to say that when i powerup plc then ,will there be any error appear in communication?...

No, it will work like it does with the FX0N module
