rententive internal relays in qcpu

friends i need retentive memory internal relays for qcpu. now i'm using "M" internal relay is it possible to use same "M"bits as retentive relays or we can use any other internal retentive relays please tell me..

Use L internal relays instead, and set the Latch range as in the picture
