Siemens PLC FM 350-2

Hello anyone, Is that possible to establish profibus communication between CPU 412-2 and ET-200(which consisting High Speed Counter Module FM350-2) ? I try to establish the communication but the 'SF and BF' in my ET 200 rack stil blinking in red. Is it additional configuration I need to put on the CPU? Tq.
