s7 - 1200 Instalation

Hi everybody Can anyone tell how to install the step 7 1200. I open instalation file and every time I get infromation "Please restart your computer right now". I did it, and after restart nothing's happend. Please anyone tell me what can I do with this...?? Thank you in adavnced for your help Best regards

Contact Siemens, perhaps you have a corrupted disc.
