PCMCIA Slot

6 posts in this topic

I just got a new computer and it does not have a PCMCIA slot. Therefore all my AB PCMCIA cards are useless. Has anybody run into this? If so, how did/do you work around this? Thanks,

Does it have an Express Card Slot? See link below http://www.plctalk.n...&q=express+card Or buy the USB adapters. Which PCMCIA cards do you have? Edited by Mickey

Sorry Guys. I have been traveling. Thanks for the idea. I am trying to cut down on the cables I carry. As I travel for a living, carrying a ton of cables sucks. I have my DH+ card, my ControlNet card, my Devicenet card, and my compact flas for Fanuc robots.

You will need to raise your debt limit to purchase them. Make sure you are sitting down when you ask the price.
