Ultra 3000

I have to use Ultra 3000 on my next project; never used it before. It will work in the follower mode. Could not find answers in the manuals, for: - May the gear ratio be set with both Master and Follower values other than 1, or only as 1:n or n:1? - What is the meaning of possible negative value on the follower side of the setting (the manual mentions ±32767 range)? I'll bite, but I don't know the answers with 100% surety. 1 - I'm pretty sure they can be both changed, so that you can set up the exact ratio you want. There may be a limit to the resulting ratio such as 0.1<n<200. 2 - Probably to get reverse motion on the output of the servo.
