Error message on XBTGT 500 HMI.

Hi guys, On one of our projects there is a XBT-GT 5000 series Touchscreen HMI. Most of the time there is no problem. Once in a while we get the message "Memory Allocation , RA0SCORE, Nonportable Misc.cpp ". on the screen and the HMI sort of stops working. Upon cycling the power, everything works fine like before. just a thought but have you tried using the "Build>Clean All" menu option to clean the project then downloading the application to the XBT again ?
