Momentum error

Hello again! We have a problem with our Momentum PLC. When downloading the program we get an error LSP SERVICE ON PLC FAILED : ERROR ID OLL21710 and the error below HEAP SIZE 220 What could this mean? We have the 171 CCC 760 10-IEC modul. Please help Edited 15 Apr 2009 by Marjan

Try to update the flash ROM in the unit. You should be able to get the firmware files from their website. Not sure what the actual error means, but sometimes the flash will fix it since it erases the entire unit.

If we download the small version of program it goes OK, but if we try to download the whole program we have problems. Is it possible the program is too big (too much IEC blocks)?

Now we have another problem. We have erased everything on the PLC (flash, ram,...) but now we can´t connect to it with the default settings or any settings (baudrate,...). Why is that?
