Does Gx Developer has option of going true the program step by step? And can inputs or marcers be set to 1 while/betwin doin this?

You can't run the program step by step in a PLC, however with the GX Simulator package you can on your PC. GX Simulator installs into GX Developer (but is sold separately).

you can write your own code that will execute in stages or run until condition is met (such as button "next" pressed). since i have GX Developer (not IEC). should have some sequencer samples in download section...
