There will be no easy conversion of the program, it will be a complete re-write by hand. Granted having the original program gives you an idea where to go with it, but you're still writing the whole program over. And what PLC was it written for? XTEL is a communication package, not a programming package. If you are referring to a TSX17, I know the software has been posted in the forums here before. Other TSX PLCs (27/47/67/87/107) required OS2 operating system, and are much harder to open programs.
