How do I disable one of the touch screen

Hi to everybody. I have this omron PLC sysmac C200HE, two Omron Touch Screen connected on it, NT631C-ST141-B was connected to comm. B (RS422/485) and NT20S-ST121-EV3 was connected to RS232. I just want to use One touch screen. I tried to remove one of them but I get communication error. How do I disable one of the touch screen. I appreciate any help from all of you. Thanks

I believe Sleepy answered it the best he could with the information available. There are too many questions for the question given. Which one did you disconnect? Where is the communication error comming from? What is the communication error? (Red light on PLC, red light on comm card, or "Connecting to Host")? I'm also confused as to the connections you described.
