CP343-1 communication problem

Hi, Does the cp 343-1 ethernet communication need to be reset after sometimes?? The skada system on my ipc unable to function it hang ???Can it be the communication over flow in the ethernet???? Thank you in advance From DSC

Hi dsc. Is there a system message in the HMI ? Normally there are an error code that can help in diagnosing the error. Also, you can investigate the diagnostics buffer on the CP343-1.
