CXONE Updates

Since purchasing CXONE (3 seats), we have had a total of 5 sets of updates. One of our seats has not installed the previous update and now we have a new update. Should all the updates be installed in cronological order? Or does the last update override all previous updates?

Are you talking about individual program updates retrieved with the CX-One Auto update tool or the general update like 2.01 > 2.02 ? I believe the updates cover all previous ones, but easiest would be to try. The installer will tell you if you need to do another upgrade first.

I forgot to mention that one of the seats is not connected to the internet, so we download each update (Download Only option) and transfer it manually to that machine. I kinda suspected the installer would let the user know but wanted to ask to be sure. Thanks for the info.
