can not upgrade cx programmer

was able to upgrade cx programmer on win2000 laptop, but on laptop running win95, get error that cx not able to upgrade. any advice

hmmmm....upgrade to Win2000?? Never heard of the error. Can you post a screenshot?

Was able to get the upgrade to install. Had to uninstall the CX3.1 programmer then go into the win95 registry and delete all reference to CX Programmer, plc tools, and server. Reboot PC, Disable Nortons Anti virus and was able to install the CX Programmer 3.1 and then the 3.2 upgrade. Had tried to uninstall the CX 3.1 and Disable Nortons, but was not able to get the upgrade to install until I went in and deleted the registry entry for each CX.
