Micrologix 1100 PTO

Hi... I used Micrologix 1100 (1763-L16BBB) pulse train output (output 2 and 3) and the common is connected to dc com (using npn configuration). I have to connect to Panasonic servo drive: output #2 to drive #1 and output #3 to drive #2. I have the problem if I connected both outputs to two drive and initiate the pulse (20KHz ), all drives is not run but the output 2 and 3 is blink. If I connect only one channel to one drive then the drive is run. How to solve this problem? I need any suggestion or idea. Thanks. james

Check your configuration of the drive and make sure you don't have it setup for a pulse and direction input

Thank you for reply. We disconnect the output and measure it using osciloscope, no pulse (bad output on output 2). We send the module back to distributor for warranty claim. James
